Not necessarily! If you were born before January 1, 1988, you don’t need a boating license. If you were born on or after that date, Florida law requires you to have a Boating Safety Education Identification Card, which you can easily obtain online with a short course. We’re happy to guide you through it before your rental.
At Peak Boat Rentals, we offer a range of boats to suit every occasion—luxury cruisers, pontoons, center consoles, and deck boats for everything from chill coastal cruising to deep sea fishing and party vibes on the water. Let us know your plans, and we’ll match you with the perfect boat.
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol. All we ask is that you drink responsibly and avoid glass containers. If you prefer, we can also arrange catering, coolers, or beverage packages—just let us know in advance.
You’ve got options! If you're qualified and prefer to captain your own boat, that’s totally fine. But if you'd rather sit back and relax, we can provide a USCG-certified captain for an additional fee. Captain service is highly recommended for groups unfamiliar with the area or boating in general.
Bookings can be made online or over the phone. A deposit is required to secure your reservation. To cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a partial charge unless due to weather or special circumstances.
